So I haven't updated this since Jan 20 and I apologize.Things haven't been particularly exciting to be entirely frank.Oh, I did get my second quarter report card.Made the honor roll at a very cool 92.5 yeah they couldn't round up and give me a 93, oh well.So yesterday I watched The Quiet Man and its still one of my favorites!
I highly recommend it as it is an Oscar winner.

CHANGE

So I have something to tell my children and grandchildren today.Sitting in a small classroom,eating lunch I saw history being made.I must say that I've only seen one turning of history one Tuesday in September eight years ago.It was so strange having nothing but silence in the school hallways and hearing the echoing TV telecast.I't makes me proud to see this in my lifetime and maybe be and feel the change in america that I may think I can't bring.I guess this whole day has empowered not only me but millions of others in America.
Its a New Day!!

I'm a little sad.The holidays are nearly over, and I feel I did'nt take enough time to stop and look around and ponder everything.Lucky for me the new year is coming upon us and that leaves room for change, change for the better.Its also hard to believe that the schoolyear is pretty much halfway complete.Oh well, chin up Leesha, you will be in top form in '09. Ok enough of that.Anyway Christmas was good, I got a purple Dell studio which was totally unexpected.Im spoiled and I probably don't deserve everything I get which my parents argue otherwise.Well anyway I'm going out to eat on New Years to Delmonicos, my favorite then probably stay home and watch a movie, then ring in the New Year with my parents, which I never mind so much.Then on the fifth its back to the grind
but im ok with that

Hello Old Friend

So I haven't been here in almost two months which is rather awful to say the least.Its now December which means the old Holidays are coming upon us.Thanksgiving was quite the sucess. We had a substantial amount of leftovers as usual, but this is no matter. I went to Northern Lights to see Cobra Starship, dodging the smell of sweat and cheap hairspray.It was ok. Not earth shatteringly amazing.Well, as nothing grand enough to talk about has happened this week I'll keep it at that

Dead Tired

Wow I havent been on since sept 30.Well that be crazy.I've been increasingly busy.I had too many important things to do.Anyways I'll keep this brief.
I've a film recommendation:

Small Faces(1996):Its about gang violence in 1968 Glasgow.It was on Sundance sunday, I was most intrigued.I won't ruin it but get your bum on netflix and get it.Or theres an encore at 3:30 on Friday.
Im aware more and more of the acting skills of the scots and their undeniable coolness
